How the claims process works

Below is an outline of how a normal claim will operate and the documents you may need to provide to facilitate a speedy assessment of your claim.

Step 1 - start your claim

Complete the form on this page to start your claim. Here are some key items you may need to include:

  • Your policy number
  • How and where the incident occurred
  • The date of the incident
Step 2 - assessing the claim

Our experienced claims assessors will begin assessing your claim and be in touch if they require:

  • Further proof of identity
  • Witness and/or police reports of the incidents
Step 3 - finalising the claim

Once a decision on the claim has been made our agents will be in touch to notify you of our determination.
